&lt;div&gt;         热油，葱姜呛锅，然后就把牛肉放进去炒阿炒，然后就把洋葱放进去。把黑椒酱坊进去，根据口味加盐。&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;热锅，热油，加花椒，干辣椒,葱白，姜蒜，豆瓣酱少许，加糖(我觉得糖+辣椒=香这个味道)。 炒出味道来后加鸡肉和花生，然后炒阿炒阿，根据口味加盐。临出国前洒上葱花就好了&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;开锅后把猪肚放在凉水下冲掉粘了吧唧的东西&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;然后放在冷水锅里，锅里还姜片，葱段，大料一个，料酒，少许醋，少许盐。大火煮开，然后小火咕嘟着50分钟左右&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;调汁: 蒜两瓣，切碎放碗里，加入生抽，糖，鸡精一点点； 香菜切好备用&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;等肚好了以后，就弄凉了，切掉不顺眼的地方，然后切丝。然后把条好的汁浇在上面，淋上辣椒油和香油。拌拌就齐活了&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;PS: 这个拌菜一点技术含量都没有，我们这里的 中国餐馆要卖到4.9 ,而我所有的原料加煤气这算下来不超过2.2,且整个过程并不耗人工。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;      原来以为洗猪肚应该是一个恶心的事情，其实不然。猪肚挺干净的，根本不用弄&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;最后特别感谢厨师助理小麦同学，我相信他切肚丝的时候一定像QQ当年碰生肉一样觉得无比恶心。&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;原料： 鱼&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;辅料： 芹菜&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;调料: 香水鱼料包&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;过程&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;1.鱼片，QQ切鱼片还是很天才的。为此还特意磨了刀&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;2.鱼片用姜片，料酒码味。也可以放蛋青，防止鱼肉老了。(我没有鲜鱼，蛋青就省了)&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;3.热油，放入料包炒香。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;4.加水，放入鱼头鱼骨。咕嘟20分钟左右&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;5.放入鱼片，芹菜， 煮5，6分钟就好了&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;也不一定放芹菜，放点绿叶子且本身味道比较淡的就好了。我这次还放了水磨年糕，超级好。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;ps: 说起磨刀，记得QQ爹当年算准QQ同学不会自己开火做饭。那把从家里带来的刀都没有开刃。此刀随我搬家数次，依然没有开刃&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;图片质量不高&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;调好的料包没有新鲜料的颜色好，而且年糕收了汤儿。&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;          热锅，葱姜炝锅，油热了后下鸡心。炒阿炒阿&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;          加郫县豆瓣酱，继续炒，然后加香菇，青椒。加些酱油，盐，鸡精(酌情)&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;          熟了就出锅&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;味道: 香香辣辣的带饭最好。不过鸡心的口感不是我想象中那样。这个做法不太合适&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;前些天做煎饼失败了，超级不成功。这次的糊塌子还不错&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;原料： 西葫芦，面粉&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;做法: 西葫芦去皮擦丝，去掉皮不会有苦味(我这次没削皮就有一点点苦)。面粉到水稀释。然后把西葫芦丝放进去，搅和一下。略放盐和鸡精&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;        平底锅，一点点油。把面糊糊方上去摊熟就好了&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;味道: 在家的时候常吃，就粥，咸菜。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;收获： 第一次颠锅，虽然不熟练但没有失误。哦耶&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;做法: 茄子切丝，至于&amp;quot;丝儿&amp;quot;就是比较细的条了，切丝后放到水里泡着。如果茄子切成和胡萝卜丝那样估计也不好吃了。 香菜切断，尖椒切丝。姜蒜切片备用&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;热锅，姜蒜炝锅。出香味后捞出扔掉。然后就把茄丝捞出来放锅里炒，等到软了以后放香菜和尖椒。我这次没有尖椒用了干辣椒。然后酌情放盐和鸡精。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;味道: 非常非常非常.....好。喜欢香菜的人不可错过。&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;PS: 为了美观我这次茄子削皮了，一般都不削皮的&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;炒锅放油，姜蒜 干辣椒 呛锅，然后把肉片放进去，加些料酒，炒阿炒阿，八成熟的时候放点豆瓣酱，甜面酱&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;根据味道放点盐，我没有青蒜，用的是大葱(特大那种)&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;我这次作的缺点：&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;1. 肉太瘦了，有点柴&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;2. 我的甜面酱可能放多了，颜色不是很好&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;葱分白色和绿色部分，分别切沫，姜切沫&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;煮排骨，把沫除掉&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;热锅加油，下葱白和姜，炒香，倒入糖醋汁(接近1:1),然后下排骨，一点老抽上色。然后到水进去(少到点，这道菜不用汤) 炖30-40分钟就好了&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;炖的时候记得看看需不需要加水&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;出锅前把葱绿色的部分洒上就好了&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;       尖辣椒(小的，印度店买的) 姜 (这两个东西可以把调味酱混在一起的味道分别引出来，这样显得菜是用新鲜调料做的，而不是调味酱做的)&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;       香菜(调味酱中有Basil叶子，我不喜欢这个味道，香菜的味道可以中和一下，且其本身颜色不错)&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;做法: 鸡胸切丁，撒入淀粉和料酒； 黄瓜切丁，姜切丝，香菜切段&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;        锅，热油，下鸡丁翻炒； 待变色后，加入蔬菜，然后倒入调味酱，略加盐。最后放入香菜&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;            另一个火坐锅，少量葵花油，等油热了。下肉末，翻炒熟了，加其他配料。添加些老抽(颜色好点)，炒啊，炒阿。从米线锅里弄些水到进去，加盐。&lt;/div&gt;
